The hotel has a fantastic location, just a quick drive from Universal Studios and conveniently near Icon Park and multiple restaurants. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, but we faced delays during check-in without any apologies. The service was generally pleasant, although we encountered a troubling incident with one staff member. Overall, it was a good stay with some room for improvement.

My stay was overall pretty good for just one night. The hotel was clean and updated, and I enjoyed the peaceful balcony with a nice view of the pool. However, the rooms could use some tidying, and I encountered some service issues at the bar when the bartender was distracted.
